A huge well done to our 2025 London Marathon runner George Blake who completed the race on one of the warmest days of the year so far. London was shining and the turnout was one of the biggest ever….my sources tell me that the TCS Marathon will set a new world record for the biggest annual one-day fundraising event, with more than £75 million already raised for charities from this year’s edition. Massive congratulations and thanks to George and his family and friends for all their support!
George and Laura’s son son Bertie spent 3 weeks on the NNU “First Touch were a lifeline for my wife Laura and I when our son Bertie was born. Supportive members of the charity not only re-assured us with Bertie’s health, but also provided some much-needed love and support for Laura as she recovered from child birth”
