Hello! We are Laura & Fran and together we run First Touch Charity.
Laura – I have been the Charity Director for First Touch since April 2025, joining the team in May 2024. Before that, I was a neonatal consultant at St George’s and trustee of First Touch for many years! Now, in my retirement I am enjoying looking after the babies, families and staff in a different way.
Fran – I joined the team at First Touch in 2025. My daughter was born prematurely on the Neonatal unit and we spent many months here. I help with the day to day running of the charity, fundraising initiatives, and most importantly supporting families on the unit – past and present.
